Terms of Service

Effective October 21, 2026

These terms cover your use of urfleet.ca and the tools on it, including our contact form and web chat. The site is operated by 2668981 Alberta Incorporated, carrying on business as UrFleet Canada ("UrFleet", "we", "us"), 21003-100 Avenue NW, Suite 102, Edmonton, Alberta T5T 5X8.

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

These terms apply to the website only. Any services we provide to you, such as managed print, managed IT, equipment, leasing or repairs, are governed by the written agreement, quote or invoice for those services. If anything here conflicts with that agreement, the agreement wins.

1. Information on this site

We work to keep the site accurate and current, but the content is general information about our services. It isn't a quote, an offer or professional advice. Prices, products, availability and service details are confirmed only in a written quote or agreement. Articles on the site, including anything about leasing or tax, are general information and not legal, tax or financial advice.

2. Requests, quotes and response times

Submitting the contact form or using our web chat doesn't create a contract. Our response time commitment applies during regular business hours and to requests sent through the site, by phone or by email. Service levels for active clients are set out in their service agreement.

3. Web chat and AI assistant

Our web chat is answered by Aria, an AI assistant. Aria can answer general questions and take your details so our team can follow up. Its answers may not always be complete or correct, and anything it says about pricing, availability or your account is confirmed only by a member of our team. Please don't share payment card numbers, passwords or other sensitive information in the chat.

4. Your information

We collect and use personal information in line with Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, where it applies, the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can access or correct it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by trying to access it without authorization, interfering with its operation, submitting false or misleading information, sending spam or malicious code through our forms or chat, or scraping content in bulk.

6. Intellectual property

The UrFleet names and logos, and the site's text, design and graphics, belong to us or our licensors. Manufacturer and client names and logos belong to their owners and are shown with permission or for identification only. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Links to other sites

The site links to other websites, such as client portals, review sites and partner pages. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the site available at all times but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change or take down any part of the site at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided "as is", and UrFleet is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under Alberta's Consumer Protection Act or other law that can't be limited by agreement.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Alberta. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the courts of Alberta, sitting in Edmonton, unless the law requires otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Contact us
